Chef Edward D. Mateo, has an extensive experience in Culinary Arts. He owns the LRP Group Food Service in Quezon City. He finished his Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Centro Escolar University in Mendiola, Manila. He worked as Pastry Chef at the EDSA Shangri-La and as a baker at Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club.
He is a Food and Beverage Consultant for Book and Borders Café, Q’urros Spanish Donuts and Lola’s Café. He is currently a Food Stylist for McDonald's Corporation and the brand ambassador and endorser for Breville, an Australian Kitchen Equipment's company. He was a columnist for Cook Magazine Monthly Issue and a contributor to Flavors Magazine Recipe.
He is now Technical Application Specialist for Dawn Foods and had a great time sharing his knowledge and skills in the academe particularly at the Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro and the Modern Culinaire Academy.
