Assoc. Prof. Eric Babar Zerrudo, Ph.D, is the Director of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Graduate School Center for Conservation of Cultural Property and the Environment in the Tropics (USTGS-CCCPET). He is also the Program Coordinator of the UST Graduate School for Cultural Heritage Studies and National Coordinator of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference (CBCP) Episcopal Commission for the Cultural Heritage of the Church. He is the Philippine representative of the ICOMOS Places of Religion and Ritual Scientific Committee (PRERICO). His education includes Research Diploma Culture and Representation (Tokyo University), Master of Cultural Heritage Studies (Deakin University), Specialist Course on Historic Buildings Conservation (Lund University) and PhD Development Studies major Heritage and Development (University of Santo Tomas).
